Order Cutoffs
The cutoff time for processing and shipping is as follows:
- In-stock orders placed by 12:00 pm PT Monday to Friday will ship that same day.
- In-stock orders placed after 12:00 pm PT will be shipped the following business day.
- In-stock orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
- Personalized/custom orders are handmade and will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
Signature Requirement
- Orders under $200 USD do not require a signature.
- Orders over $200 USD, Personalized/Custom Jewelry, Engagement & Wedding items will require a signature upon delivery.
