A customer may return 14KGIFT.COM/14KGIFT BY GOLSHI merchandise still in its original condition & packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping cost.

Returned merchandise for a full refund less shipping. If merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase you are eligible to receive a full refund less the shipping cost (if the merchandise is not damaged). If items are damaged by the customer, it will be refunded partially.
