A customer may return 14KGIFT.COM/14KGIFT BY GOLSHI merchandise still in its original condition & packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping cost.
Always remember to inspect your order for damages and report to customer service within 24 - 48 hours upon receipt of order.
